Before Jodie opened Iris & June, she worked in cafes as a barista and learnt firsthand what it was like to work for good and bad employers. From the outset, Jodie committed to paying all Iris & June employees a fair hourly wage in line with the London Living Wage, ensuring 100% of tips and service charge is passed on to employees and creating an inspiring, safe and positive working environment.
